Explore locationAs a Commercial Manager in our Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE), you will play a critical part in driving data-led decision-making across the organisation. Our team is responsible for delivering actionable insights and tracking to support organisational achievement of targets, and our initial focus will be on cost efficiency and effectiveness. Using your expert-level Excel skills and a diverse range of data sources, you will deliver quality insights within agreed timeframes. With your proven track record of managing and engaging Senior stakeholders in a large, complex and challenging corporate environment, you will be passionate about developing your career in Analytics.
To be successful as a Commercial Manager, you should have experience with:
Using Excel at an expert level with evidence of its use and results; Power Queries, Complex Models.
Presenting to Senior stakeholders and influencing their decision-making.
Complex problem-solving; identifying problems, creating solutions, and being comfortable with communicating those to Senior stakeholders.
Working in a challenging corporate environment.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Finance gained in a large corporate organisation.
Coding in any language is beneficial.
A relevant financial degree or qualification (including full or part qualified).
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role can be based in either London, Glasgow, or Northampton.
Purpose of the role
To drive the success of the commercial banking segment through market analysis, product development, sales and relationship management, risk management, and performance.
