Join us at Barclays as a Corporate Access Specialist. We are seeking a highly organised and commercially focussed specialist within the EMEA Corporate Access team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and execution of high‑quality access events for corporate and institutional clients, with a strong focus on US companies and flawless delivery across formats. You’ll work closely with Research, Sales, and senior corporate stakeholders to deliver impactful roadshows, conferences, thematic programmes and investor engagements, while driving process excellence, operational discipline and continuous improvement across the platform. This position will carry a primary focus on execution and will require a highly effective approach to events and client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Corporate Access Specialist you should have:

  • Significant experience in Corporate Access, ECM/IBD, Research, Investor Relations or a related front‑office function
  • Strong understanding of equity markets and institutional investor workflows
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging senior corporate and investor representatives
  • Highly organised, detail‑driven, and capable of managing multiple events simultaneously

Other skills of value include:

  • Prior experience working with US corporates in a Corporate Access context
  • Experience delivering physical, virtual and hybrid investor events
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, corporate access platforms and virtual meeting tools
  • Interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency and execution quality

Purpose of the role

To deliver high-quality investor access events, including non-deal roadshows, conferences and expert meetings. 

Accountabilities

  • Relationship management with IR and management teams at corporates as well as relevant contacts at key client counterparts, leveraging relationships with Companies to originate high quality opportunities for Corporate Access events that will connect Corporates with investing clients.
  • Planning, scheduling and coordination of investor access events such as non-deal roadshows, reverse roadshows, conferences and expert and ad hoc meetings.
  • Precise management and execution of Corporate Access events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, transportation, and on-site coordination, participant registration and attendee communications.
