To be successful as an Oracle DBA , you should have experience with:
•Strong Oracle 19c and Oracle RAC, Dataguard, Backup, Recovery troubleshooting skills and hands on technical knowledge.
•Must know Oracle different Database Migration and Upgrade techniques including like EXPDP, IMPDP, Transportable Tablespaces, GoldenGate.
•Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB instances, including replica sets and sharded clusters for high availability.
•Deep understanding of MongoDB sharding, replication, and storage engines.
•Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize queries and indexing strategies.
•Experience with monitoring tools like MongoDB Cloud Manager, Ops Manager, or Prometheus.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
•Sound and practical hands-on Unix Shell scripting , SQL & PLSQL.
•Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS, OCI will be desirable.
•Nice to have knowledge on Automation like Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.
•Oracle/MongoDB certified will be added advantage.

This role is based in our Pune office.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
