Explore locationIn this Personal Assistant role, you will provide high-level support to senior executives, with a particular focus on complex diary management. You’ll be responsible for scheduling and prioritising meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the effective use of the MD’s time. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, you will manage communications, screen requests, and liaise closely with the wider leadership team.
You will also coordinate global travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and handling logistics such as visas and itineraries. Your ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing demands will be essential to supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.
To be successful as a Personal Assistant - 12 Months Secondment, you should have experience with:
Experience as a PA, ideally in a corporate environment.
Diary and travel management experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
Your role will be located form our London office.
Purpose of the role
To manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support as needed.
