To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager , you should have experience with:
Proven high level of stake holder management skills.
General Broad and Wide Knowledge of Technology Platforms and their connectivity.
Able to identify solutions to problems and to drive their implementation.
Has experience of producing documentation to a consistently high standard.
Can discuss major issues, interfaces, considerations and potential pitfalls and risks.
Has been able to maintain a dialogue in difficult situations.
Experience in Test Landscape, integration management.
ITIL knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Test phase application defect management.
Ability to establish a network of contacts within relevant areas the organisation.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Awareness of Barclays processes and general organisational structure.
Managing delivery of Java based software applications.
Knowledge of DevOps toolset and CI-CD pipeline (Gitlab, Jenkins, etc).
RESTful APIs.

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
