Explore locationJoin us as a Product and Proposition Manager - Digital Channels at Barclays where you will shape the future of digital banking. Managing and developing existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the digital channel strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
This role is specifically responsible for Business Banking Digital Channels including Desktop and mobile app, which will involve shaping the ongoing strategy as well as setting, and achieving associated performance targets.
To be successful as a Product and Proposition Manager - Digital Channels, you should have:
Developed communication skills.
Ability to present information clearly and effectively to leadership teams.
Demonstratable stakeholder management experience.
Evidence of being able to develop and implement digital strategies.
Commercial experience and able to build, as well as communicate, a strong case for new development.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in change delivery or transformation.
Self-starter, able to think long and short term.
Business banking experience.
Familiarity with Agile methodology.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role can be based in London, Northampton, Knutsford, or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
