Explore locationJoin our newly established Propositions Team in our newly launched Innovation Bank within Business Banking’s Growth & Specialist Propositions business unit. Whilst we’re going out with a revitalised face to market, we already have over 10 years’ experience supporting innovation in the UK, and we’ve provided tailored servicing to more than 53,000 businesses who have raised a total of over £31bn in investment. We’ve also supported 13 UK unicorns to accelerate their growth. We have the experience, credibility, and authenticity to truly support innovative and ambitious businesses from idea to exit. This new team will focus on shaping ideas and strategies to enhance how we support our clients. Key areas include improving the client experience, developing new products and services, and designing innovative customer journeys.
To be successful as a Propositions Manager - Innovation Banking, you should have the following:
Previous experience in product/proposition development OR experience in enhancing client experience and customer journeys with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in researching and analysing data, identifying trends, interpreting insights, and effectively presenting findings to stakeholders.
Great understanding of products and propositions within the business banking sector
Some other highly valued skills include:
Experience in project management.
Experience of working in a risk and controls environment.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in London.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
