The Client Integration team is responsible for Onboarding and off boarding of Prime Services client globally. The Mumbai team partners with the regional Integration team to provide a smooth onboarding experience to our clients. The team needs to ensure a proper governance process for Onboarding of clients, work with sales & account management team and need to prioritize the accounts with various milestone owners like KYC, Legal, operation and static setup team s to ensure tight onboarding deadlines are met and our clients get a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

To be successful as a Prime Integration Analyst, you should have experience to

Some other highly valued skills may include

 #1- Front Office Support 

            #2- Client service experience, ideally on prime brokerage, cleared OTC, FX, Rates and CDS/ Derivatives. 

  • Essential Skills/ Basic qualifications include: Graduate or MBA from top tier Engineering/Business school.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate complicated issues to management.
  • Highly analytical and numerate with exceptional problem-solving abilities and Comprehensive knowledge on Derivative, Rates and FX products and associated risks.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros), MS Office skills and inclination to learn new IT Skills like Qlikview
  • Experience in Banking/Finance industry and Comprehensive knowledge of the financial products across business (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
  • Flexible in work long hours when required and aptitude for self learning and ability to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Purpose of the role

To maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our trading desks, providing operational support and expertise to traders, sales professionals, and other key stakeholders, helping them maximize their productivity and minimize disruptions and handling administrative tasks, and providing market information and research. 

Accountabilities

  • Provision of immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities.
  • Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately.
  • Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities.
  • Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions.
  • Operational tasks such as processing trades, confirming orders, and resolving trade discrepancies.
