Explore locationJoin Barclays as an Emerging Market Structured Trader, where you’ll be responsible for Latin America Emerging Markets Macro Structured Trading, under the Markets division base in New York. The role will manage daily pricing and risk management for the Latam structured desk, reporting directly to global head of EM macro structured trading. The desk's trading capability covers a broad band of fixed-income structured products across FX, rates and credit.
To be successful as an Emerging Market Structured Trader, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, in STEM fields
Strong analytical skills including extensive experience in programming
Knowledge or experience in fixed-income markets
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Prior experience in Latam markets
Prior experience in a financial institution
Stakeholder management with both internal and external client
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in New York
This role is FINRA regulated
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
