Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a US Capital and Leverage Management AVP. You will play a critical role in guiding the bank’s financial balance sheet, RWAs, and ensuring optimal Capital strategies. You will have ample treasury, financial modelling knowledge, and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. You will ensure the bank maintains adequate capital levels under various economic scenarios. Additionally, you will work to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
To be successful as a US Capital and Leverage Management AVP, you should have:
Knowledge in capital structure assessment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling and automation using formulas and pivot tables
A background in finance and treasury operations
Experience reviewing capital risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies

A solid foundation in accounting and financial analytics
The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines

This role is located in New York, NY office.
Minimum Salary: $100,000
Maximum Salary: $150,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To optimise the bank's capital structure to support its growth objectives, manage risk exposure, and comply with regulatory requirements by analysis of bank's capital position, development of capital allocation strategies, and ensuring that the bank maintains adequate capital levels under various economic scenarios.
