To be successful in this role, you should have:
Collaborate with Product Owners, engineering teams, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into clear, actionable deliverables.
Evaluate multi-layered business and technical problems to develop innovative and scalable solutions.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation through development to launch—with a good focus on user experience and operational scalability.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure product stability, performance, and compliance.
Navigate ambiguity and manage diverse stakeholder expectations to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
Apply Agile methodologies and terminology (e.g., epics, user stories, sprints, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to enable fast, iterative product development.
Other highly valued skills may include:
Ability to incorporate user feedback into product iterations to enhance usability and adoption.
Experience working in Agile environments with a deep understanding of Agile behaviours and frameworks.
Familiarity with Data Management and Data Governance practices, including metadata management, data quality, lineage, stewardship, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.

Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
