Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC
- Identify opportunities for test optimization and implement solutions to improve test efficiency
- Clear communication skills to engage with key stakeholders and team members
- SQL proficiency to query and extract insights from large datasets
- Working knowledge with Snowflake, Starburst, Oracle , Hadoop , Pyspark , Ab-intio and other ETL
- Ability to work with large volumes of data to identify issues and recommend tactical and strategic solutions
- Experience with metadata and domain maintenance
- Familiarity with JIRA for workflow tracking
- AWS, Databricks and Azure testing experience
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
- Well-versed hands-on experience on creating best test framework.
- Person should give technical guidance and drive the Test Automation team. Drive automation in a pro-active mode than reactive. This means the Automation Analyst needs to ensure that automation pack is updated in parallel to the development lifecycle so that the same can be executed at the time of the release made available on test env for test execution.
- Actively contribute to DevOps agenda forward from automation point, Jenkins/GitLab pipelines configuration is must.
- Help mature the current automation capability by ensuring proper documentation of frameworks, utilities, and tools in the teams’ central knowledge base.
- Good working experience of ETL and Data testing-based automation for a quick turnaround time.
- Platform data modelling, including logical and physical data models
- Gathering and documenting business or operational requirements, including identifying gaps in current capabilities
- Understanding of data stewardship, data quality, and data lineage
- Creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and executing user acceptance testing

Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
Accountabilities
- Build and maintenance of data architectures pipelines that enable the transfer and processing of durable, complete and consistent data.
- Design and implementation of data warehoused and data lakes that manage the appropriate data volumes and velocity and adhere to the required security measures.
- Development of processing and analysis algorithms fit for the intended data complexity and volumes.
- Collaboration with data scientist to build and deploy machine learning models.
