CRM Full stack Engineer

To be successful as a CRM Full Stack Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Salesforce Platform Development - Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs to build scalable enterprise solutions

• CI/CD Pipeline Design & Execution - Implementing and managing automated deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce-specific DevOps platforms (Copado, Gearset)

• ETL & Data Integration - Designing and executing data migration, transformation, and synchronization workflows between Salesforce and external systems

• AWS Cloud Services - Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway for building integrated cloud solutions

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship - Leading junior developers through code reviews, establishing best practices, and providing architectural guidance on complex technical challenges

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Salesforce Certifications - Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or other relevant Salesforce credentials

• Modern JavaScript Frameworks - Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular for building custom user interfaces

• Advanced Integration Patterns - Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures

• Agile Methodologies - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong collaboration and communication skills

The role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. 

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
