This role will be instrumental in establishing the Compliance Digital Services Team, which is central to delivering of the Compliance Digital Vision and Strategy. The successful candidate will lead a team to support theonboarding and migration of key Compliance processes onto strategic platforms, managing digital workflows, driving operational efficiency, driving service delivery and enabling senior stakeholders with key data analytics and insights. Additionally, the role will oversee the enhancement of the team’s stakeholder and user support framework, with a strong focus on delivering technical assistance and help desk support to Compliance colleagues.

To be successful as a "Digital Services - AVP" you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Experience leading within a Service Delivery environment.
Strong understanding of Risk and Control Frameworks.
Exposure to Instructional Design and Training Delivery.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience of working in a Compliance function or role.
Demonstrated ability to manage a Technical Book of Work.
Experience with Case Management, Workflow Management or Customer Relationship Management Platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
This role will be based out of Pune.
