As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives.
To be a successful Engineering Manager, you should have experience with (Mandatory):
Leading the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
To design, develop and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Cross-functional collaboration with product owners, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with Release management, Testing, Change management, RTB to ensure quality delivery of MSO changes and in a timely manner. Ensure that all the Engineering practices are followed with an aim of achieving optimal Engineering maturity for the application.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued (Desired):
Experience with AI tools for Design, Build, CI & CD activities.
Good Windows Application and Database servers related understanding.
Good Infrastructure networking skills.

This role is based in Pune.
