To be successful as an ETL-AWS Tech Lead, you should have experience with:
Experience with AWS Infrastructure including Glue, S3, IAM and Security, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
Working knowledge of ETL solution design.
Experience with PySpark-based ETL jobs, dynamic frames, job optimization, and Lambda utilities.
Skills in Infrastructure as Code deployment, CloudFormation YAML scripting, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Version control expertise using GIT.
Kibana JSON scripting and setting up alerts from logs.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Banking or corporate domain awareness.
HLD and LLD documentation.
Experience with Athena for analytics.
Error handling and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of file transfer mechanisms between systems, between Cloud and on-premises location.
Service Management, including incident and change request handling.
Strong communication skills for working with both business and technical stakeholders.

This role is based out of Pune.
