To be successful as a “Full stack Engineer", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Must be graduate/ must have bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Design, develop, and maintain large-scale applications with extensive knowledge of and experience with Java (17 or higher).
Experience in Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring AI, Spring Batch, RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and working with at least one messaging platform (MQ/ TIBCO/ Kafka/ Solace).
Solid skills with RDBMS like Oracle or similar (e.g., MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).
Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation, including BPMN 2.0.
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into strategic technology solutions, while also proposing alternative solutions pragmatically.
Experience architecting, designing, and developing applications coupled with experience of debugging and optimizing code.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Distributed Cache (Ignite, Redis, and others.) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes and Agile methodology for software development.
Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience in AI Engineering with Coding Agents, Agentic Frameworks, LLM Platforms etc.
This role is based out of Pune.
