To be successful as an Gen AI Test Automation Engineer, you should have experience with:
Advanced proficiency in Large Language Models (LLM), LangChain, and LangGraph frameworks
Expert-level Python programming skills with focus on test automation
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI implementations
Strong background in
Generative AI
Machine Learning
Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, particularly Bedrock, Lambda, and CloudWatch
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based testing solutions
Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Stash)
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Deep understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC best practices
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure testability and quality
Proven expertise in UI and mobile testing methodologies
Proficiency with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) testing frameworks
Experience with test management tools including Jira, Xray, and ALM
Strong understanding of test optimization strategies and efficiency improvements

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
