To be successful as a GenAI QA Engineer , you should have experience with:
Strong hands‑on experience in Python (and PySpark, where applicable), with proven ability to validate and assure production‑grade AI systems.
Experience validating GenAI architectures, particularly RAG‑based solutions.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to support data‑led quality assessment and decision‑making.
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Handson Automation of UI , API and Performance Testing to validate AI systems E2E in regression pipelines.
Exposure to Basic CI/CD deployment methodologies i.e gitops in gitlab/github/bitbucket
Familiarity with a range of LLMs and GenAI ecosystems, such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Gemini
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Hands‑on experience validating Agentic AI designs and deployments.
Strong understanding of cloud‑based AI platforms, with hands‑on experience using AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and platforms such as Snowflake Cortex AI.
Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps, including CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and AI lifecycle management.
Experience working in regulated environments, with strong understanding of AI governance, controls, audit readiness, and risk considerations.
Experience validating AI outputs for hallucinations, bias, robustness, explainability, and edge‑case behaviour.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
The role is based out of Pune.
