To be successful as an “IAM Onboarding Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Must have bachelor’s degree or Degree in business, engineering, science or other numerate discipline.
MS Excel / Word/ PowerPoint – Advanced
Visio – Intermediate
SQL – Intermediate
Experience in enterprise level IT systems (preferably within IT Security / Identity and Access Management)
Demonstrated Business analysis and functional analysis skills
Proven experience in requirements gathering from project stakeholders who are in multiple global locations
Prior experience in customer facing roles and a strong desire to constantly improve customer experience
Understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape and related technologies in an organisation
Familiar with Information Security, Risk, ITIL concepts, and Software development life cycle.
Strong Identity Management (IDM) domain knowledge and exposure to working with market leading identity management toolsets (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, etc.)

This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
