To be successful as an IFC - Technical Project Manager, you should have experience with:
Test Automation Frameworks - Selenium/Cypress/ Playwright, or similar tools.
Programming Languages - Java/ Python/ JavaScript/TypeScript with strong coding and debugging skills.
CI/CD Integration - Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps with test pipeline orchestration.
API Testing & Performance - REST/GraphQL testing, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing tools.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Cloud Testing Platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP testing services and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
AI/ML Testing - Experience with testing ML models, data validation, and intelligent test generation.
Financial Services Domain - Banking, payments, regulatory compliance testing experience.

Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
