To be successful as a Java Developer , you should have experience with:
Design and develop robust, scalable Java applications using Spring Framework ecosystem.
Build and maintain microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Implement RESTful APIs and web services for internal and external consumption.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions.
