You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of core LRO activities, working closely with colleagues across the LRO Office and wider LRO Pillars to execute key end‑to‑end oversight processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering testing on core aspects of the LRR Risk Management framework. This includes supporting the operation of the LRO Verification Checks framework, conducting and reporting on testing activities, and contributing to the consistency and quality of LRO outputs.You will support LRR Risk Management forums including the preparation, production and validation of management information and materials for senior management reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and risk focused.The role requires close collaboration across the LRO team to support the effective execution of end to end processes and helping to ensure clear ownership, effective escalation and alignment to the LRR Risk Management framework.As part of the LRO Office, you will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the use of digital tools and automation, to improve efficiency, transparency and the effectiveness of LRO oversight activities.

To be successful as the Laws, Rules and Regulations Risk Oversight Operations-AVP, you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Experience analysing data and producing MI with clear, actionable risk management insights which can support effective decision‑making
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A good understanding of the LRR Risk Management framework and wider risk and control frameworks.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Comfortable using technology and digital tools, including AI.
Able to manage and deliver on multiple priorities, in parallel.
The location is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To define the approach for managing Laws, Rules and Regulations (LRR) Risk across the organisation and provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on LRR Risk Management, to support adherence with applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations.
