As a Liquid Financing Senior IT Analyst, you will design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
To be a successful Liquid Financing Senior IT Analyst, you should have experience with:
Hands on experience within Financial Markets and/or Investment Banking, Proven exposure to Fixed Income Financing and FICC Trading & Sales environments.
Strong domain expertise across Fixed Income products, including Rates, Credit, Bonds, and Repo financing & should have demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, functional design, and business architecture.
Ability to design and shape solutions across both legacy and strategic technology platforms, Experience working across Agile, hybrid, and regulatory-driven delivery models.
Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex trading problems. Credible and confident communicator, effective with senior stakeholders.
Strong ability to challenge constructively and influence informed decision-making.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Experience leading regulatory remediation initiatives or control uplift programmes.
Exposure to electronic trading platforms, sales tooling, pricing engines, or risk management systems.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Pune.
