To be successful as a PMO Analyst , you should have experience with:
Ensure programmes comply with Barclays Control Framework and governance standards.
Develop and implement standardized PMO processes and methodologies.
Track project performance, manage risks/issues, and report status to senior management.
Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets).
Facilitate governance and strategic alignment of projects.
Provide change management training to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
