Explore locationJoin Barclays as a PPM Support Engineer role, where you'll be part of the developer services team, which is responsible for managing and supporting the tools which software engineers in Barclays use to create and deploy applications. You would be providing end to end support to DevOps tools along with in house tools created to ease the developer´s work. At Barclays, we don't just anticipate the future - we're creating it.
To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Good understanding of Navigator application and it’s associated ppm modules like Project /Portfolio /Program /Demand /Finance/ Time/Resource Management.
Unix/Linux systems and familiarity with scripting in Shell, Perl or Python.
Relational database systems (preferably PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket, Nexus, Jira, Confluence together with good understanding of CI/CD concepts.
Familiarity with cloud computing – AWS and its services.
Knowledge of container technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Previous experience in IT operations role within banking environment.

This role is based in our Pune office.
