To be successful as a RPA UiPath Developer , you should have experience with:
End‑to‑end design & development using UiPath using REFramework, Orchestrator queues and multi‑bot architecture.
Strong experience in LINQ, advanced selectors, API automation, workflow optimization.
Hands‑on with UI Automation, Excel/CSV automation at scale and exception handling design.
Strong debugging skills and log analysis.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Blueprism and other technologies such as Python programming and Alteryx workflows.
Understanding of CI/CD pipeline, Git or Gitlab.
OCR, Unstructured data extraction.
Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI automations.

The role is based out of Pune.
