To be successful as a Scrum Master you should have experience with:
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Track progress using tools like burndown charts and dashboards.
Ensure Scrum events are productive and time-boxed.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Some other highly valued skills includes:
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Remove blockers and foster team self-organization.
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain the systems that collect, store, process, and analyse data, such as data pipelines, data warehouses and data lakes to ensure that all data is accurate, accessible, and secure.
