To be successful as a “Senior Java Developer", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
You must have solid understanding on data structures and excellent problem solving skills.
You must have excellent coding skills in Java (v.8+) and solid understanding on Collections, Concurrency, JVM internals (Memory Management, Garbage Collection, Profiling etc).
You must have solid understanding on Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming.
You must have strong experience with Spring Boot (v.2+), Spring JMS, Spring JDBC, Hibernate JPA etc.
You must have strong experience is designing high performance, resilient, scalable and secured system.
You must have excellent understanding on design principles, design patterns and microservice architecture.
You must solid experience in PL/SQL (Oracle preferred)
you must have strong experience in testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Power Mock, Spring testing framework, etc.
You must have experience in versioning tool like Git, Bitbucket, GitLab.
You must have Working experience in Agile Methodology.
You must have Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience on messaging middleware like IBM MQ or Solace.
Experience in Cloud technology (OpenShift preferred).
Experience in Capital Markets and Equity Derivatives Trading.
Knowledge of Investment Banking processes and Operations.
This role will be based out of Pune.
