To be successful a Technical Delivery Manager you should have experience with:
Proven track record in release and delivery management, plus hands-on technical experience.
Management of the delivery, resource allocation and improvement of complex technical project capabilities across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and the execution of sprints.
Collaboration with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support the proposal of technically feasible solutions, and effort and timeline expectations.
Familiarity with Agile tools and reporting platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and similar.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a leadership mindset and ownership mentality.
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure scenarios.
Ability to produce clear, actionable reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
Commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and internal policy standards.
Experience in coaching teams on Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Strong knowledge of banking domain.
Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to dynamic delivery environments.
Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization sub-function.
Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
Technical understanding of UI like React , backend & API - Core Java, Spring Boot, AWS stack.

This role is based out of Pune.

To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
