Explore locationJoin us as a Technical Delivery Manager at Barclays, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of location strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality and governance standards. You will provide support by ensuring processes, controls, and standards are followed, preparing governance and reporting information, tracking RAIDs and actions, and proactively coordinating with delivery leads to ensure artefacts are completed on time. You'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.
To be successful as a Technical Delivery Manager you should have experience with:
Previous experience in Project Manager / PMO / Portfolio role supporting complex/multi-year programmes
Practical experience supporting delivery leads to ensure programme milestones are met and ensuring RAIDs and actions are updated for stakeholder consumption
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to produce documents with clear information appropriate for senior management.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Tracking metrics across programs and compiling accurate, timely reporting for senior management.
Experience with project financials - tracking, management, and analysis.
Proficiency with enterprise project management tools such as Navigator and JIRA.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle, adhering to agreed time, budget and quality requirements.
