Embark on a transformative journey as a UK CRM - Devops Lead VP, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Barclays Corporate Digital Banking team, Provide strategic advice to Group Executives to support the decision-making process of business challenges and opportunities. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, communicate complex ideas effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful as a UK CRM - Devops Lead VP, you should have experience with:
Skills/Competencies required: To drive strategic outcomes, combination of core consulting competencies combined with deep commercial awareness of value drivers is required. Expected to navigate complex business problems, have strategic foresight and influence decision making at senior level.
Salesforce DevOps Leadership: Define and implement Salesforce DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and release management. Drive continuous improvement using DevOps metrics and best practices for multi-org environments.
Governance & Executive Engagement: Partner with CSO and CTO to establish and maintain Salesforce governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all Salesforce implementations. Chair governance forums and manage audit readiness.
Salesforce Governance Management: Develop and maintain governance policies, standards, and decision matrices. Monitor adherence to architecture principles and enforce secure-by-design practices.
Integration Development & Maintenance: Involve Design, development, and lifecycle management of Outlook plug-in for Salesforce (Office.js/VSTO). Manage SSIS-based Salesforce connectors for data integration, ensuring reliability, error handling, and performance optimization. Implement secure authentication, API governance, and telemetry for all integrations.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to bring internal business knowledge, external environment, research and analytics together to drive strategic outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder alignment across Business, Tech, Risk, Compliance & other departments. Coordinating cross functional teams and track benefits realization.
Project Leadership: Define project scopes, deliver through others, plan appropriately, manage stakeholders, and navigate the organization to achieve goals.
