Explore locationJoin us as a International Expansion Test Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in managing the testing of Barclays Payments Commercial Issuing system releases and changes. You’ll define and deliver robust test strategies and plans, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with business goals. Working closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers, you’ll oversee test environments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to support the international expansion of our business while strengthening operational resilience and delivery excellence.
Essential skills/basic qualifications:
Knowledge of the TSYS TS2 Issuing System
Understanding of testing processes and methodologies across Waterfall and Agile delivery models
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing strategies
Experience managing test planning, test approach, and test execution to ensure quality and compliance
Desired Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TSYS TS2 green screens
Knowledge of and previous experience testing web-based customer portals
Formal testing qualifications, such as ISTQB
This role is based in Sunderland or Northampton.

Purpose of the role
