To be successful as a Senior Developer, you should have experience with:
Core Java and Spring Framework and Enterprise Java, SQL, and integration technologies
Working in distributed, high-performance systems and proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and scripting
Test automation frameworks for data validation and comparison
Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
Messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka, MQ, TIBCO, Solace)
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with distributed caching technologies (Ignite, Redis, Gemfire) and knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Experience with GitLab CI/CD for build and deployment automation
Experience with Helm charts for application management
Background in financial services domain, preferably in Trade Processing or Middle Office applications
Familiarity with DevOps practices and performance tuning (JVM optimization, garbage collection)
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $ 120,000
Maximum Salary: $ 175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
