In this role, you will own the delivery of partner onboarding and integration solutions, including file feeds, data exchanges, APIs, and integration mechanisms that support card programs from launch through steady‑state operations. You will also lead backlog management and works closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex partner and business needs into deliverable solutions.

To be successful as a Product Owner, you should have:

  • Product backlog ownership and prioritization aligned to business, partner, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience with integration‑heavy capabilities including APIs, file feeds, data exchanges, and system dependencies

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Risk identification and mitigation in partnership with governance, controls, and delivery teams

Salary for Whippany, NJ:

Minimum Salary: $110,000

Maximum Salary: $160,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To manage and improve products, and the effective execution of these products.  

Accountabilities

  • Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers and technology teams to align the product vision and development process.  .
  • Utilisation of market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements.  .
  • Development and execution of reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers.  .
  • Execution of user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes.  .
  • Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.  .
