Explore locationWe’re hiring a Delivery Change Lead into a newly created and business-critical role within our team at Barclays, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we design, implement and govern change across our global screening landscape, directly contributing to the integrity of our compliance infrastructure.
To be successful as a Delivery Change Lead, you should have experience with:
Previous experience in change delivery or project management within a complex, regulated environment.
Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with a confident presentation style.
Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with Customer Screening Software, Payment Screening or Sanctions Screening platforms.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Bournemouth or Glasgow Office.
