Explore locationBarclays is seeking an experienced Change Delivery Lead to join our team, leading high-impact change initiatives in the financial crime space, with a focus on adverse media screening. This is a pivotal role at a critical time, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective screening operations and the resilience of our Financial Crime controls.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Lead, you should have experience with:
Previous experience in change delivery or project management, ideally within a regulated or financial crime environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive engagement at senior levels.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capability; able to assess risk, identify gaps, and recommend robust solutions.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in Financial Crime Screening, particularly Customer or Adverse Media Screening processes.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow office.
