Explore locationStep into the role of Global Markets - Equity Derivatives Structuring & Sales Lead at Barclays, where you'll join the Product Specialist Team with a focus on equity derivatives and Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) structuring and distribution. This hybrid role bridges Structuring and Sales, combining technical product development, strategic marketing, and client engagement. You will be instrumental in designing and distributing innovative equity derivative and QIS products, crafting compelling product narratives, and supporting the firm’s product marketing platform to ensure consistent, high-impact client communication.
To be successful as a Global Markets - Equity Derivatives Structuring & Sales Lead, you should have experience with:
Equity derivatives, QIS structuring, or systematic strategy development
Equity derivative instruments and quantitative investment frameworks
Developing product narratives, pitch materials, and leading client discussions that articulate the investment rationale and quantitative edge
Supporting product marketing platforms
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create compelling narratives clients can grasp
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and content management systems
A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards, ensuring all client communications and product pitches adhere to industry guidelines

Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $250,000
