In this role, you will collaborate closely with other stakeholders to research, develop and deliver quantitative methods for Credit Systematic Market Marking, Portfolio and ETF Trading. You will leverage your solid coding skills to evaluate multi-faceted financial data and contribute to the optimization of trading strategies. Problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role, along with the capacity to communicate technical findings effectively across teams. This role requires a combination of quantitative, business, and technical experience.
To be successful as a Quant Researcher, you should have:
Proficiency in coding (Python, KDB/Q, Java)
Research and back test new ideas and implement in algo trading system, turning new ideas into testable code and finally to fully productionized working software
Develop tools, methods and models that can improve algo framework and ultimately PnL

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
Attention to detail with the ability to think critically under strict priorities

This role is located in our New York, New York office.
This role is FINRA regulated.
Minimum Salary: $125,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To provide quantitative and analytical expertise to support trading strategies, risk management, and decision-making within the investment banking domain, applying quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment opportunities.
