Barclays Bank PLC seeks VP, Associate, Sales, and Trading in New York, New York (multiple positions available):
1. Price, execute and hedge client flows on interest rate options.
2. Make bid or offer quotes based on analysis of market movements, risk tolerance and clients' investment objectives.
3. Identify pricing parameters, analyze risk driver and conduct stress testing to determine fair price for complex and atypical trades
4. Responsible for dynamic risk management
5. Monitor trade flows and collaborate with MO on trade bookings, option expiries, and other operational tasks.
6. Identify trading opportunities and develop solutions for client needs through RV analysis and understanding of economic outlook and trading dynamics.
7. Collaborate with Quants to develop and refine advanced quantitative pricing and risk management models and tools.
8. Improve desk work efficiency by automating reports on risk summary, trade simulations, position analysis, etc.
9. Cultivate client relationships and attend client meetings.
10. May telecommute.
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $196,150 per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $204,500 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
