To be successful as an "CCO Governance", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong working knowledge in MsOffice tools – PPT, Excel, Word, MsTeams.
Proven experience in PowerApps/Power Automate, BI-Query, Tableau
Experience in data crunching,analysis and reporting preferably in a financial services organisation
Working knowledge of Risk and Control.
Highly motivated self-starter, business-focused and forward thinking.
Maintaining high delivery standards. Ensure all the deliverables produced for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Manage timely completion of all deliverables in the book of work which include:
Controls governance & reporting for controls committees especially those at Level 1 and Level 2
Weekly Issue Reporting to the CCO Management/ stakeholders– status of Issues, actions coming due / overdue / at risk.
Other ad-hoc/ quarterly updates for the senior management as may be required
Tracking & reporting control issues including adherence to the Risk Event Escalation Matrix, performing BCF gap analysis, publishing key updates to stakeholders and ensuring issues out of governance are flagged to the management
Provide aid the resolution of business risk and control issues.
Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in the control environment, the associated framework, supporting policies, methodologies, operational metrics, KPIs etc.
Support business in driving risk event and model attestation with defined group timelines
Help leadership with crisp and concise understanding of Risk and Control environment for various critical forums.
Support any additional Governance or MI Reporting or automation of processes using various technical tools.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Excellent relationship building and networking skills.Working knowledge of AI Tools/Co-Pilot.
High level understanding of governance and control frameworks and processes prescribed for Control Committees.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent execution skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
