To be successful as a “Business Analyst", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end post‑trade lifecycle including settlements, netting, reconciliations, and confirmations across cash and securities
Proven experience in designing and analyzing large‑scale post‑trade data models.
SQL and data analysis skills with hands‑on experience working on cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift to support MI and reconciliations.
Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, structured data and reporting solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
Data quality and controls mindset with hands‑on exposure to reconciliation frameworks and exception management, and audit‑ready metrics.
Experience working in Agile delivery models, contributing to backlog refinement, requirement prioritization, and supporting UAT and production rollout
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Experience working alongside Data Engineering or Analytics teams, with awareness of data modelling, ETL concepts, and data governance frameworks
Familiarity with reconciliation, controls, or exception management tooling within Post Trade or Operations environments
Prior involvement in regulatory or control‑driven change impacting settlements, data quality, or operational reporting
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications (e.g., Agile, Data, Risk, or Financial Markets)
Exposure to Post Trade platform modernization, cloud migration, or data consolidation programmes, supporting strategic change across Ops and Technology.
This role will be based out of Pune.
