To be successful as a Clouds DeveOps Engineer, you should have experience with:
Proficiency in Linux (troubleshooting, networking and storage).
Strong experience in scripting (preferred: Python / Bash / Go).
Ability to work with containerised platforms such as OpenShift or any other similar Kubernetes based platform.
Strong knowledge of working with VMs (upgrades, vulnerability and patching management etc.).
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Maven.
Solid understanding of container orchestration and modern platform engineering practices.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible.
Hand on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, Athena).
Knowledge of Helm charts and GitOps-based deployment models.
Exposure to observability and monitoring tools such as ESaaS, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics and Opentelemetry stack.
Understanding of building secure, scalable, and reliable platforms in an enterprise environment.
AI First mindset to effectively make use of agentic tools like M365 Copilot and Gitlab Duo.

The role is based out of Pune.
Purpose of the role
To build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, using hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing platforms as required with the aim of ensuring that the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and secure. Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response.
