Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Financial Intelligence Unit, AML Investigator, AVP, where you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end financial crime investigations, including the drafting of SARs, reviewing Manual alerts in the Financial Crime Case Management system and cases from internal and external referrals, including FinCEN 314(a) and 314(b) requests, and Grand Jury Subpoenas. In this exciting role, you'll ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures relating to AML investigations, and make sure the Bank meets its statutory and regulatory obligations for reporting suspicious activity.
To be successful as a Financial Intelligence Unit, AML Investigator, AVP, you should have experience with:
Experience with financial crime banking, law enforcement investigations, money laundering
Conducting manual reviews/special investigations including FinCEN 314(a)/314(b) investigations, Grand Jury Subpoena investigations, negative media reviews, and referrals from internal/external sources
Drafting and presenting SARs for potential filing, and preparing corresponding SAR forms
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with research and/or investigations including Fraud, AML, Credit or Risk
Knowledge of AML/CFT and other financial crime risks, red flags, and typologies
Knowledge of Correspondent Banking
Law enforcement background
