To be successful as a FISS Oracle PL SQL UNIX Developer, you should have 5 to 8 yrs of experience with:
Hands-on experience in designing & developing code in Oracle Pl SQL.
Expertise in Dynamic SQL, Collections and Exception handling.
Excellent understanding of UNIX, Shell scripting, Autosys, Version control tools – GIT , change management tools , jira etc.
Participating in Performance Tuning, database modelling to handle large set of data effectively.
Strong debugging and analytical skill to resolve complex business problem.
Working in 100% Agile Software Development Life Cycle under strict sprints delivery timelines.
Effective communication with business stakeholders.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Basic knowledge of Pro*C.
Exposure to DevOps tools, Nolio, team city, BDD.
Knowledge about settlement system and finance domain in general.
Aptitude and willingness to work on cross functional tasks.
Motivated to learn new technologies/tools as and when required.
The role is based out of Chennai.
