Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as an Asset Servicing Oversight Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing operational and system change within the Asset Servicing environment, ensuring that all change is delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with governance and risk requirements. You will oversee end‑to‑end operational change activity, working closely with internal teams to implement new processes, technology enhancements, and control improvements. This role requires deep asset servicing expertise alongside strong operational change experience, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive complex initiatives across the organisation.
To be successful as a Asset Servicing Oversight Change Manager, you should have:
Strong Asset Servicing SME expertise.
A solid operational change background, ideally within large financial institutions.
Strong risk and governance capabilities to ensure change is delivered safely.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple functions.
Previous experience in a change environment, ideally within investment banking.
Background in Investment Bank change operations.

This role is based in Glasgow.
