Key critical skills required for this role include:
Investigate and resolve complex credit card payment-related issues, including missing payments, duplicate payments, balance transfers, credit balance refunds, and check payment processing.
In-depth understanding of credit card transactions, payment flows, and reconciliation processes.
Knowledge of credit card issuance, usage, billing, and payment processing.
Basic understanding of debits, credits, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliations in SAP.
You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant to succeed in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based out of Noida.
