Key critical skills required for this role include:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to reward earnings, redemption processes, and customer acquisition bonus eligibility.
Investigate and address discrepancies in reward points, ensuring accurate crediting and seamless redemption for customers.
Provide clear, timely, and professional responses to customer queries, maintaining high service standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Ensure all reward transactions comply with internal policies and industry regulations, mitigating risks related to fraudulent redemptions or miscalculations.
Monitor reward trends, analyse customer issues, and provide insights to improve reward program effectiveness and operational efficiency.

This role is based out of Noida.
