You will also manage stakeholder relationships, communicate complex ideas effectively, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for –
1. Governance & Forum Representation.
2. Cyber Vulnerability Management.
3. ORAC & Risk/Control Oversight.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalations.
5. Cyber Risk & Control Working Group Leadership.
6. Control Evidence, Reporting & Insights.
7. Advisory & Change Support.
8. Stakeholder Engagement.
To be successful as a Cyber Risk and Control Lead - Vice President, you should have experience with:
1. Deep Cybersecurity Expertise.
Understanding cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies to protect the bank from electronic threats and attacks.
2. Internal Controls & Governance Knowledge.
Strong grasp of internal control methods, processes, and how to implement, evaluate, and enhance them—critical for a VP‑level oversight role.
3. Leadership & Operational Oversight.
Ability to lead senior analysts, support cyber operations, ensure adoption of new security technologies, and drive operational capability uplift.

1. Emotional Intelligence & Relationship Management.
·Cyber VPs interact across IT, Security, Networking, and Development teams—relationship-building and influence are important.
2. Threat Hunting & Incident Response Exposure.
·Experience collaborating with threat hunting, purple teams, reviewing detection suggestions, and validating telemetry enhances strategic oversight
3. Mentoring & Upskilling Ability.
Supporting early-careers talent, providing onboarding and training, and being a capability role model are valuable traits at VP level.

The location for this role is in Pune.
