Explore locationStep into your new role as a Barclays AML PEP Analyst. The AML Department is one of the first lines of defence in protecting the bank from being used for money laundering. The research, investigations and decisions made by you, keep Barclays compliant to banking regulations and make it a safe place for customers to bank. You will support various AML processes by performing enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers. This is an amazing opportunity to highlight your experience in research, AML, PEP, and fraud investigations.
To be successful as an AML PEP Analyst, you should have experience with:
• Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
• Investigative skills
• AML experience
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail, understands the importance of accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Some other highly valued skills may include:
• Compliance, Audit, Risk, Fraud, or related experience a plus
• ACAMS Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivated with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality.

To support Transaction Monitoring with investigating and reporting suspicious activity to the NCA when necessary.
